Our first party coloured Cocker and first Champion.  Bred by Kevin Morrison,  we acquired at 3 years of age from Noel Boddy (Arrunga Cocker Spaniels) to show for 12 months.  Jessy made up her Australian Championship with ease as she displayed amazing show ring pizazz with her merry, merry tail along with this her striking colour and beautiful coat made her a joy to show.  She was one of the top winning bitches in Queensland along with her kennel mate Ch Manunga Black Bess.  Some of Jessy's highlights include:

• Best in Group and Multipal Reserve In Group Winner at Championship Show level.
• Reserve Bitch Challenge ACT Gundog Show, 1993.
• Reserve Bitch Challenge Brisbane Royal Show, 1995.

Manunga's 1st home bred Champion making her title in 4 shows.  Bessy was shown to her title by Stephanie Sticher, along the way she won many challenges at Major Metropolitan shows and was awarded Reserve Bitch Challenge at the 1995 Cocker Spaniel Show of Qld under the Late Mr Frank Werner (Glenbriar).  Bessy went on to produce many a Champion for Manunga Kennels and is the founding bitch behind many of our current stock.

A sister to Delta (Ch Manunga Miss Deal) from a repeat mating, she was again an outstanding bitch.  Campaigned to her title by Mr Geoff Love (Lovlang), Dana enjoyed much sucess in the puppy classes with many Minor in Show and Champion Puppy In Group awards to her credit.  She went for a short stay at Lovlang Kennels where she kept on her winning way and was awarded Reserve Bitch Challenge at the Melbourne Royal Show 1998 to her full sister, Delta.

Trent was bred by Katherine Harvey (Lynfield Kennels) and imported by us to produce what is now some of our current show team.  He has been a huge asset for our breeding and will be as the years progress.  He was shown sparingly but has a few memorible wins including,  Reserve of Bred at he Gundog and Heavy Breeds show, August 2000 with around 200 cockers entered.
